Unknown song 'It's not enough'

I am searching for a rather acoustic 2:59 min. song that is mainly sung by a girl/woman, accompanied by a male singer.
According to the lyrics it's probably called "Not enough" or "It's not enough". I listened to a huge number of "Not enough"s on the internet, but that particular one wasn't among them.

A bit of background information:
Earlier this decade I was a big fan of the young Dutch rock/pop band Krezip. When I was a bit bored of listening to my records over and over again I logged into an evil filesharing programme to download live versions and demos of their songs to get a bit of variation in my listening pleasure. So in February 2002 I downloaded the song "Krezip - Not enough.mp3".
Anyway, the song is obviously NOT a Krezip-song and was tagged incorrectly (whether it happend by accident or consciously to make an unknown band better known...). It sounds a bit like the band Twarres (Dutch band as well), but it's not a song of their records released by that time. Well, it's not the best song in the world, but it's one of the nicer kind and I'd like to know who sings it.
