I already noticed this in the first line of the first stanza, the last part of this line is a question

Ich glaube ja wie jedes Kind, die Dinger sind aus Zucker
I believe as every child, that things are made of sugar
-> "die Dinger" are the clouds here!

Ich stell mir vor, ich wär ein schöner Augenblick,
(If) I imagine to myself, I would (imagine) a more beautiful moment
I imagine that I'd a be beautiful moment

The light, was already always there and it will shine forever
-> same here, question!

Es ziehen dort in meine Seele, alle Farben ein
It collects there in my soul, coloring everything
All colors are moving there into my soul
Or something along the lines, my way of putting it has a massive change of the structure

for clearing my confusion. These lyrics did not have much in the way of punctuation. I thought about those lines being questions but it seems usually when I add a question mark, I'm wrong. But I did add one for the earth line, so I guess I'm not very consistent. Oh well next time ....
