Ok, so I was on here once before and asked about this techno song that sounds like a blizzard or some kind of storm... well, I remember more to it... Basically there was some words and it was repeated every once in a while and the words were something like "Over there! Look, there it is again" It wasn't being sung, just a guy saying it and it gave the impression he was scared. lol hope this helps and that anyone can give me an answer or lead!!!

btw i remember it from the 90s if that helps
