"what more could you wish for?" is a rhetorical question used when you have everything you want.

"you're a millionaire, you've got a fast car, huge house and a beautiful wife, what more could you wish for?"

it means "he" is opening more retaurants where the prices aren't fixed, you pay what you feel the meal is worth. there aren't many of those around, unsurpringly.

    Explanations

"shooting the breeze" is an idiom meaning to chat.
"raining buckets" means it's pouring down rain, that you are getting soaked or would get soaked if you were outside in the rain.
"a frog in my throat" means I have been sick and lost my voice temporarily (laryngitis).

Not sure if these explanations are good; please ask any questions

it's a phrase of encouragement meaning that at even in dark times something good will come at the end of it. like "don't give up".

it's hard to explain it, actually, maybe anna can do a better job than me?

If you think about it, clouds symbolise darkness and rain and bad weather, right? And silver is a positive colour, so... Everything has a good and bad to it. My current signature says the same thing in Croatian: "Not every evil is evil." Perhaps that makes more sense

physically speaking, when you look at a cloud with the sun behind it, it does have a glowing edge (or lining) which is probably where the saying originates from.

i've seen that sig of yours a thousand times, recognised it as one of the former yugoslav languages and never understood it, and now you explain it, it suddenly makes perfect sense, and i know full well i should have known what it meant first time i saw it because i know what each word means, i've just never been able to conenct them

Well, there you go Glad you learnt something random

Right, clouds do generally "glow" so, there is always some lovely sunshine behind the foul weather, in other words
