    i don´t know if this is the right place to ask this but how do you say your welcome (sense of gratitude) in arabic (plz right in latin letters)

    This word is used for sorry also?
    sometime i hear when calling a number which is switched off

    Yes, you are right, afwan can also be used for saying sorry too
