I think it isn't too bad. Fairly simple but kinda nice. I can see it working with some fine tuning.
How long did it take you to write? Because it feels a little like your levels of inspiratiion and creativness are in different zones throughout the song. There are things you can do to fix that.
Do you have a melody, beat or rythm in mind?
