That's Egyptian Arabic as you can easily guess ,
Meaning the Moroccan girl I am has no clue what's so interesting about Ali LOL =P

lol.. there is nothing interesting about Ali or Rasha(in the song)....
it's just a very local song, and usually it's played in wedding parties..
IT has no meaning, it's just some words put together which makes no sense :-)
