Solved: A song, race song 15 years old or more..

..I think. I remember this song (very little lyrics, maybe one sentence repeated) from my childhood, may be 15-20 year old. Or more!
Anyhow its like a classic race song. A lot of trumpets. The first words that come to mind when thinking of this song is "checkered flag", but that may be completely wrong :P
The video is a girl running on a raceway with sparks coming out of the heels, and I also believe there is a guy with a big mustache...
I know this is very vague information but I had this song stuck in my head for so long!
