Anyone Recognize these lyrics?

I heard a song in the store the other day and didn't have a chance to go in the back and catch the artist title. Since most new stores now have a large MP3 that mixes over 300 songs in shuffle, I may never hear this song for weeks. If anyone could help, I'd be grateful.

It's a male singer, I want to say his voice is higher and he has a southern twang and the song does have a country feel too it. It's pretty up beat.

There was a bit where I heard. "Love comes and then disappears."
And then in the chorus he repeats what sounds like. "It's goin' and a goin' and a goin'"

I tried a variety of searches online but couldn't find it. If anyone knows of it, I'd really appreciate it.

I think we're looking for the same song, did it have noises that kind of sound like someone doing that cheek popping noise? Like water drops?
