I'd like to add to the "accumulation for next year" if I may, because some of my favorite languages are missing!

    Estonian
I Love You: Ma armastan sind
Happy Valentine's Day: Head sõbrapäeva! (or Head Valentinipäeva!)

    Japanese
I Love You: 愛してる (ai shite'ru) - there are some variations, too...
Happy Valentine's Day: バレンタインデーおめでとう! (Valentine Day Omedetou)

    Russian
I Love You: Я люблю тебя (ya lyublyu tebya)
Happy Valentine's Day: с Днем Святого Валентина (s'dnyom Svyatovo Valentina) - at least, I think this is what they use.

    Korean
I Love You: 사랑해 (sarang hae) - there are also variations of this

Don't know about Valentine's Day in Korean, though.
    Vanad teksad ja kitarr...
Nad on mul kõik, mida vajan nüüd

    Basque: Maite zaitut!
    Albanian: Unë të dua!
Serbo-Croatian: Volim te! / Болим те! or Ja te volim!
    Bulgarian: Обичам те! (Obicham te)
    Macedonian: Те сакам! (Te sakam)

And, as I posted before... To find these more easily
    French: Je t'aime!
    Spanish: ¡Te amo! / ¡Te quiero!
    Mandarin Chinese: Wo3 ai4 ni3! 我 爱 你! (Wǒ ài nǐ)
    Romanian: Te iubesc!
    Italian: Ti amo!

Minä olen horjunut, epäilen enemmän kuin ennen
Mutta halusit ihmisen, sen viat, sen heikkouden

In Cantonese, it's written the same, of course, but pronounced óh oi néih. (Or, if you follow the yale romanization it's 'ngóh oi néih.')
