This means that the person is driving on and on since he/she doesn't move the foot from the gas pedal

Now I am drive up to my door
-> I'm not sure if it is "my" door, you cannot see this anywhere. It could also be someone else's home. There's "bringt mich nach Haus" earlier but even that does not indicate that the person does not mean someone else. Like you could also feel at home where the beloved one lives
