Nobody loves you like i do

I heard a song on a flight I was recntly on that I'm trying to find out the artist/song name.

It starts with a very different guitar riff and has the lyrics "Nobody loves you like I do". I did some searching and found somehting that kind of sounds like it but it's not the exact song I heard.

The one that I found is a "cover" by Rueben where it played in a keyboard.

Does anyone know the original artist and song name?

I can only find the song "Nobody Loves You" by the group, Reuben which I believe is an original by them. The attached link has the song played by Reuben and the main instrument is a guitar.
