Solved: Song I heard in Forever 21, PLEASE HELP!

Okay so today I heard a really catchy song; and its one of those that arent easily found on Google (or so it seems)
Its like... pop, and a higher girls voice was singing (possibly british?) The only lyrics I heard were something like "3 in the backseat...something something something 2 in the something" She was counting down...

Can you help? Pleasee?

omg, i have been looking for this song for like a month. I hav spent a total of maybe 12 hours on google looking for the thing. if you find out PLEASE email me and let me know!!!
if it helps i think the song also says something like 6 on the wet streets, 5 on the concrete...
but i'm not positive....
