This is D L Sayers translation from the Italian

The icy bonds which held my heart compressed
Melted to breath and water, and through eyes
And mouth burst forth in anguish from my breast

Any chance of a Finnish translation?

It does not have to be expertly done or rhyme. For instance it could also be said like below which is an amateur English attempt based on another translation that I can't remember,

The frost that for so long held my heart compressed,
Melted to water tears and to spirit breath,
Emitting from my eyes and from my mouth in anguish,

Jäiset siteet puristaa sydäntä
hengitys sulattaa veden silmistä
