    nah, nothing to do with Vangelis. This sounds like Jean-Michel Jarre, Ecama (Didier Marouani) or Ed Starink from the Netherlands (aka 'Star Inc.')
    And I'll be damned if anyone identifies it as a Giorgio Moroder tune (which I do not think it is)

    not sure about the song, but the title of the mp3 is in russian and it says:
    "we are looking for a montage of scenes from Rio-2..." hope this helps a bit...
