    I don't know what this song is, but I absolutely love it. It is in Russian, but the lyrics I can understand don't yield anything in Google.

    Do you know any other details about it - such as whether it came from an album or a collection of songs?

    Got the name of the whole album: Asian Garden Vol.2
    The track is called 'When love...' by Children of the Underground, Zulya Kamalova
