-"sa" it's the 3rd sing. person of "sapere" (to can, to know, to be able to). So literaly it's "she is able to love like this", "she can love like this"

-"fo" it's a poetic/old way to say "farò" or "faccio" (to do, to make). In this case it's "show" or "make see" because the verb "fare"is followed by the verb "vedere" (to see)
