What is the difference between

the word (( seni Özlüyorum )) and the word (( seni özledim )) ????

well the difference is : seni özlüyorum is : im missing you
seni özledim is : i missed you

but in turkish you can say both...the time is not important

I miss you = Seni özlüyorum
I missed you = Seni özledim
As Pınar mentioned, there is no difference in meaning in Turkish and I think both means the same also in English. (or I can't see the difference)
