Need help with Wedding Respone Card in Croatian Please

May somebody help me with writing a wedding response card in Croatian? Something like...

____ Sa zadovoljstvom prihvatam _____ Odbijam sa žaljenjem (Sa žaljenjem moram odbiti)

Hm... Vaš odgovor bi bio od prijekog značaja sounds a bit too formal... like the entire wedding depends on the answer. I guess it should be something like "Unaprijed se zahvaljujemo na odgovoru najkasnije do.." (thank you in advance for your reply not later than on...) but I am not sure what would be the correct Croatian version of that.
What do you think D&M?

And.. I wonder if such cards are a normal thing in Croatia because I've never heard anyone in Serbia ever asking for a response to a wedding invitation (although it's a great idea )

And yes, most of inviations require to confirm your arrival (?) on wedding.
