Help this is an 80's UK dancehall RAGGA reggae tune

the lyrics are almost this----- BOSSANOVA ,LADY ANGIE ARE ME BUBBLER, SAY YOU ARE THE QUEEN AND ME ARE THE JAMALANAMANALA ,MAN WE CAN RIDE DI RIDIM, also SAY YOU BOIL DE RICE AND ME WILL FRY THE CHICKEN, alsoME RAISE TURTLE DOVE ME RAISE ME PIGEON JAMALANAMALANMAN WE CAN RIDE DI RIDIM. this was an old dancehall ragga tune sung by a guy and i assume LADY ANGIE? maybe bennie man? but im sure she says daddy rusty or daddy sandy or something ,THIS IS ABOUT THE TIME SAXON AND UNITY WERE BOTH AT THE HIGH IN SOUND SYSTEMS IN THE UK. THANKS.

not too many similarities with what you describe (not even a reggae tune) except for ''ladie angie'' and the obvious rastafari looks, however this is my only close guess (sorry abt that):
