необъяcнимо - unexplainable
Тебе и небо по плечу - you reach the sky (i think it means "you can do everything")

Ангелом, пойми, никогда уж мне не стать (your translation is almost correct - there are noe witnesses in this line )
не ручная - not tame (so i guess your translation is correct)
если теплая весна - if the spring is warm
если тишина - if it's silent
Я не отзовусь, если кто-то позовет - i won't answer if somebody calls

...That made me laugh really hard. I think I confused или and если, but I don't know how, because I got the right word in the line following those.

Okay, stupid question...

What's пойми? From понять? Like, "I'll never be an angel, you know"? When I put it into the dictionary, понятой came up, that's why I wrote "witness"... I didn't think it through. :3
