I know that's not much to go on. There's more lyrics that go with the song but they were not understandable. Sorry.
Kinda sounds like Cocteau Twins or Basia in a way or their style of singing. Sounds 90s or current.

This song receives very little air-play now... Mostly being pumped into clothing stores via satellite and sirrus these days. It sounds more adult contemporary than pop if that helps. -
