Don't mention it. I'm sorry I couldn't translate the 3rd sentence from the 1st paragraph, but I really don't understand the words ...

    Default Baila Me

The lyrics are (as far as I know) not Spanish or Italian, not even a dialect of any region, but a slang made up by the Gipsy Kings themselves that is a sloppy mix of both languages and maybe a bit Catalan with everything else than correct grammar or spelling. I personally think they sing what came into their heads and making it rhyme without regarding correctness or specific language.
That's why it's just guesswork for anyone to translate or even comprehend their lyrics, and that's why it's completely impossible to have the lyrics translated by an automatic translator. I've babbled enough, this is how I interpret the lyrics with the best of my knowledge:

    When I met Maria Dolores,
that's when I learned what 'heartache' meant
When I learned what real pain was
that's when I went to see the doctor.

    Dance, dance, dance, dance
    Dance, dance, dance to me
    this gipsy style rumba
that I'll keep on singing forever
But I will keep on singing forever
But I will keep on singing forever
    this gipsy style rumba
that I'll keep on singing forever

I live solely in love with you
I live solely in love with you
I fell in love with this gipsy girl
I wish she started dancing right away.

it's indeed a gypsy slang song, as is usual for the Gypsy Kings. It is not their "selfinvented mixture". It is spoken by the local gypsies.
"mal d'amore" is not a "headache" but "Heartgrief"
Otherwise I have the feeling that both translations are fine

    Muchas Gracias,
