Help with a song that I dodn't even know any lyrics too

I have heard this song a lot but I can't make out any lyrics. The melody chorus of the song sounds like the chorus of "somebody's watching me" only it's sung a little faster and by a woman/women band. The women sounds like Beyonce, Destiny's Child or someone similar. Any ideas? Thanks guys!

Oh no, it's not Disturbia. The girl sounds like INNA now that I think of it. Thanks for the help though.
