The song is very good, and I think "Screaming With My Mouth Shut" would be a good title(sorry, I'm not very creative)

Hmmm......given the content of the song, I would say "Escaping Home". That seems like it sums up everything that's said in the lyrics.

I like it.

I'm thinking about 'silently screaming' cuz one of the things it's about is when you know someone's screaming inside but they're not screaming out loud, and when you're screaming out loud, but it's as if your scream is silent cuz cuz no one's listening.

Taking another look at the lyrics, I'd like to make the suggestion of "Mouth Wide Shut".
