    this must've been recorded off a cell phone at a very dull quality, since I cannot make out any consonants, let alone any full words ... so I'm relying on you guys again

    Should I relisten to it? I've got that one meanwhile, and on first listen, nothing reminded me of this very snippet
    Yet the voice is very, very close with no doubt.

    thinking of this i can say a similar voice can also be Sade .Initially when she started she had a much similar voice as anggun . her current voice is different .
