Default Reggae song heard in The 99-Cent Store

Twice now, I've heard this melodic reggae song in The 99-Cent Store. (That's the exact name of the store; it's the nationwide chain that owns the name).

    Some of the song's characteristics:

    - It's on the long side - probably 5 minutes long or so.
    - Starts out very melodic with mild reggae flavor - think of "Red Red Wine" or "Tears in My Eyes" by UB40
    - The lead singer has a soft, mellow voice; sounds like he could actually be from UB40
    - Song has a very abrupt tempo change about halfway through the song. Returns to original tempo a minute ot two later, then has the same abrupt tempo change near the end. It actually sounds like a different song after each tempo change.

Through nost of the song the lyrics sound like a love song, but I couldn't catch more than little bits of them at a time. But the lyrics near the end of the song include lines like: "Looking out at the icy cold around me", and "the wind blowing in off the lake."

I've done every search I can think of! Can anyone help me out?

    -Thanks!
