Exclamation Ever read a white girl's rap lyrics?

    Still looking for an outlet
    to let his anger sway
    All the while casual,
like he’s got a word to say
    Not thinking ‘bout the people
    who throw it all away
To get a bite to eat
and make it through the day
To wake up in a house
    that doesn’t bear their name
    Wanting daddy to come back
and make it all the same
    Still hoping mom will smile
through all this hurt and pain
But tears still fall in darkness
    and nothing seems to change
Even daddy couldn’t fix this mess
that god has gone and made
    Daddy can’t stop the monsters
that beat mommy up all day
    While mommy cries for money,
    there’s nowhere to stay
Or at least that’s what she tells me
    as daddy walks away
    I try to understand this,
    like mommy said today
We still don’t have the money
    to pay for her dismay
But it’s still so hard to handle
    the things that mommy say
    Like I’m a little nuisance
    and daddy’s big mistake
We can’t just pick and chose,
we get what we can take
If god won’t let me have it
    then livings is a mistake
But I can’t get up and leave
    a life I didn’t make
So I’ll sing this song for mommy
    as she cries again today
