Solved: Unidentified AOR Song (1992-1994)

There is an Unidentified AOR (Album-Oriented-ROCK) Song that I have on Analog Tape in S.C..

I have made several attempts to identify it, but NEVER found it on the Internet.

This surprises me given the 21st Century and Google/Search, etc.

ANYWAY...

See if these lyrics ring a bell - they're as close as I can get to this song, since it was encoded in Sonic Holography (makes parts hard to hear without headphones):
