June/July 2010 Playlist

I have been trying to find this song for a couple months. I have heard it at least 3 times in Forever 21 within the past 3 months. I most recently heard it August 16, 2010. It has a really catchy beat that almost reminds you of Hawaii. I was trying to listen to the lyrics, but I am pretty sure the words are not in english. It is a male singer, but it kind of sounds like there are multiples voices at once. There is a saxophone or trumpet that plays towards the middle of the song. It stops like the song is over, and it comes back on with words that sound like "lou-key ma-lo." Please help me find this song!
