It's been haunting me for years now, decades even. I used to hear a dance song on the radio with weird scat-type lyrics, and the only part I remember goes something like this:
"hey bup bebby-do bebby-do bebby-do, hey bup bebby-do bebby-do bebbdy-do, hey bup bebby-do bebby-do bebbdy-do, hey bup bebby-do bebby-do bebbdy-do"
(as all this is being sung someone is going "bluh, bluh-bluh" in the background during the last two "bebby-dos" of each grouping, so it's "hey bup bebby-do bluh, bluh-bluh" but including the bebby-dos)
At the end of that mess is a girl singing "gotta feel it!" Then I think it starts over again.
"Hey" is a higher note, and "bup bebby do" is all the same lower note.
Those aren't even the real lyrics, it's just what it sounds like. I don't think they're actual words being sung. For the life of me I can't remember anything else about this strange dance song, and it's been haunting me and haunting me! It was kinda catchy.
This is not a joke I'm not making this up even though it may seem completely crazy. It's probably the weirdest "Identify it request" you guys have ever seen.
