heard a song today and i'm dying to know what it is!

hey everyone,

i was at american eagle today and this song came on. it's sung by a guy, it's slower and seems more sad (which is weird because generally AE songs are more upbeat and happy). I can't remember the exact lyrics, but it was something along the lines of "tell your sister...tell your brother..." or something like that. i can't figure it out for the life of me! any suggestions?
