Help find a song from lyrics!

Looking for a song which includes a sample:

The lyrics are sung by a woman, the song sounds like a remix and has an old feel to it (very similar in style to Wax Tailor's remix of 'Que Sera' originally by Doris Day. The song has a chilled out vibe and must be no less than 10 years old. In the background a loop of two notes from a saxophone repeat.

Any help with the title or artist would be GREATLY appreciated.
