αποβροχάρη

...I have not the slightest idea, what this means in English, not even my Greek-German girlfriend could translate it for me to English or German.

Anybody here who may help me?

Αποβροχάρης is something after the rain. For example, ήλιος αποβροχάρης is the sun rises after the rain, ουρανός αποβροχάρης the sky after rain etc.
