Please ID this: 80s, disco-funk tune, female singer

Hi,

this one must have popped up on "that other forum" more than 3 years ago, never solved.
Now someone put up a sample which goes a little further into the song, that's why I do see a chance to get this enigma solved after so many years.

As always, if the song does not ring any of your bells, the lyrics may do too. I really have major difficulty in understanding what she sings. (except for "sexuality" ) (or even "sensuality"??)
