    "Tashkil" are short vowels,they aren't written by the native speaker,but for teh people like me are very important.
    Let's take a word:
    7ob You can see 2 letters,7 and B,the o is tashkil and isn't written cause its a short و.SO if you ask from where comes the o sound.
    There are 3 short vowels in arabic language:
    1. fat7a short ا which is written َ and pronounced short a sound.
    2. damma7 short و which is written ُ and pronounced short o sound.
    3. Khasra short ي which is writen ِ and pronounced short y sound.
    4. Soukun ْ it represents that the consonant it doesn't have any short vowel.Its like "half letters" in hindi.
    This tashkil are used in school and in Al Qur3an.

    حُبْ
    حُ have dammah on it and is pronounced Ho
    بْ have soukun on it and is pronounced B

    قْلْبَكْ
    ْق have soukun on it and is pronounced E(Q in fus7a)
    لْ have soukun on it and is pronounced L
    بَ have fat7a on it and is pronounced Ba
    كْ have soukun on it and is pronounced K

    كْتِرْ
    كْ have soukun on it and is pronounced K
    تِ have khasra on it and is pronounced Ti
    رْ have soukun on it and is pronounced R
