Solved: New Dance/Electro multilingual song

I have heard it numerous times on OneFm.ro but cannot locate it using the english lyrics in the song in Google or a lyric search as I normally do.

Please excuse my inability to identify the main language to this song. What language is it?
I believe the English lyrics are:
