French Rap song

I heard a rap song on the new television series called Undercovers. There was a transition from a scene onto a rooftop in Paris, France when the song begins. It sounds like he is saying "Je suis, babe," but that doesn't make sense and since he's going pretty fast I have been unable to garner anymore info. Please help. Thanks!
