I think it's "to hear"/"to listen"
I think it's "to hear"/"to listen"
I'd say सुनना is "to hear" and सुनाना, "to tell".
Is correct this sentence?
मैं चाहता हूँ वह आएँ
I want him/her to come
I think it should be मैं चाहता हूँ वह आए
मैं चाहता हूँ वह आएँ
When Talking about some elder or more than one person or u want to be polite
मैं चाहता हूँ वह आए
When talking about a younger person or same age group

No it is used for plural too
Eg.
वह सब लोग जो भ्रष्टाचारी हैं, देश के दुश्मन हैं. = All those people who are corrupt, are enemies of the country.
वह छात्र सुबह से Principal की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे हैं. Those students are withing for the Principal since morning

A question please: in this sentence, why is it हो and not हैं?
आप देखते भर हो, खरीदते नहीं
As far as I think both are correct.
Eg. Aap kya karte hain? = What u do?
Aap kya karte Ho? = What U do?
Both are meaningful. But I fee; Aap kya karte hain? = What u do? is better.

Can someone explain to me the sense of this stanza, please?
Jagmag Jagmag hai Raahein
The paths are shining
Jhilmil jhilmil Nigaahein
The eyes are twinkling
Behki behki hai jaise har dagar
It is like every path is mislead
Another request, please. Can you check the translation of this stanza? Thanks again.
Koi kyun roke thaame
Yeh pal pal ke hungaamein
Ke in se hi to zindagni hai jawaan
Why does anybody stop us?
The life is beautiful due to
The tumult of every moment
Though I am not sure but I guess the language is Punjabi. The word 'vich' is a Punjabi word meaning is - 'in' or 'in between'. Some times the word 'dil vich' is also used very commonly which means 'in the heart'. The meaning of the line "unka jaadu hoga hota vich hai" is like 'The magic of him will be in between the lips'. The meaning of the lines "Hasdey Hasdey Mahiny, Chando teen chamka mari" is something like 'smile my dear like the shine of the moon'.
I know a very little Punjabi. So I can not translate it word by word but can guess the meaning of the lines only.

The life is beautiful due to or These are what make life beautiful.

Which is the correct translation, please?
ni muiye saari raaton ki.. kahani koi to hogi
—Oh young girl, of the whole night there must be a story
—O young girl, all these nights must have some story
I think "raaton ki" means "of the nights", and I wonder what's the translation of "saari" in this sentence.
Thank you very much.
I will go with this oneni muiye saari raaton ki.. kahani koi to hogi
O young girl, all these nights must have some story
Yes Raaton ki - of nights
Saari - Whole, All, complete
Eg. Tum saari kheer khaa gaye? = You ate the whole pudding.
Saari becomes Saara when followed by masculine noun
Kuttey ne Saara ghar ganda kar diya = The dog dirtied the whole house.
Saara din kahan the? - where were you the whole day? (m)

Yes They do.
किस किस ने काम समाप्त किया?
I think this is better.
