qabart is7abk ; qabart 3ezzak ; rou7 mout ; 3ala rasak ya man7ous ; ina3al ibladak. ikheer beytak
Thats all what I remember and not sure how to translate them into english

7arami refers to religion : siner
7aram is all that is not autorised by islam (sin)
