Untaught but undismayed I tried to translate. I hope, it's not completely wrong.

    &

    Miliza –nicht zufällig

Du bist in mein Leben eingedrungen,
hast meine Tage durcheinandergebracht, meine Welt zerstört [or: hast mir die Tage durcheinandergebracht]
Du hast mein Herz gefangengenommen [or: bezaubert]
hast meine Tränen abgewischt und alles verändert! [or: hast mir die Tränen abgewischt]

du bist nicht zufällig bei mir geblieben, [? Or more literally: hast du neben mir angehalten]
all das ist nicht zufällig passiert [or:das ist alles nicht zufällig geschehen; or: das war alles kein Zufall; das ist alles nicht zufällig so gekommen]
    Unsere Liebe ist Schicksal!

hast meine Tränen abgewischt und alles verändert!

Sorry - the quality of the clip fits to the quality of my translation

    You invaded my life
you turned my days into chaos, you shattered my world!
    You captured my heart
wiped away the tears and changed everything

Not by chance you stopped next to me
not by chance I’ve waited for you exactly such a long time!
It wasn’t chance that all this happened,
it’s not chance that we’re together today
    Unsere Liebe ist Schicksal! (correct)

You only you gave me love,
    that doesn’t hurt!
You captured my heart, wiped away my tears and changed everything

    P.S.
What was expressed in short concise sentences in Bulgarian, in English it becomes an unwieldy mess.

Thank you Narissos - I love all, singing, music, lyrics, even if the Bulgarian version of course is much more elegant. One of my favorite chalga-songs

Can you also tell me, if "изтри сълзите ми и всичко промени!" "you wiped my tears" or "you wiped me the tears" ?

    You're welcome as always
I wasn't trying to say Bulgarian is more elegant than English.I meant that any translation detracts from the beauty of the original.Even if only a tiny bit.But of course you know that.

изтри сълзите ми и всичко промени ---> you wiped (away) my tears and changed everything

''you wiped ME the tears'' is simply not correct in English

Thank you! Yes, my fault. I better should have asked, whether ми is used as a possesive pronoun here or as a personal pronoun (dative). In German "du hast MEINE Tränen weggewischt" or "du hast MIR die Tränen ..".

I'm not very good when it comes to language theory but it seems that ми can be both here.In any case, both of your suggested German sentences are right (I remember enough German to know)
It's just that what works in DE and BG doesn't always work in EN.

    P.S.
How do you find these old songs? Are you a retro chalga connoisseur?

Ah, okay, I see, thanks a lot

Am I? Nooo, I don't think so. For me they are fresh and juicy But when I look at the German section and see, what these "strange" foreigners request such ugly, old and dusty German stuff for translation. I guess, then I understand how you must feel, when I'm asking for several years old chalga songs. As mentioned, for me many of them are untouched magic riddles of the nameless Unknown...

    Ha ha
    I think I understand actually.
It's kind of like how all these awful Greek songs that noone's even heard of in Greece, become massive hits in Bulgaria

Btw I thought the German section was clogged up with Rammstein lyrics

Aaah, that's the way it is?

Yesss - that's real Teutonic how everyone wants us to be. Martial and frenetic.

We all want to die for this music until we listen to the great parody of Mundstuhl - Wurstwasser:

    http://www.myvideo.de/watch/6178186/...hl_Wurstwasser

    Willst du dieses Wasser trinken
    (willst du dieses Wasser trinken?)

    Nie mehr andres Wasser trinken
    (nie mehr andres Wasser trinken)

    Wasch dir deine Seele rein
    (wasch dir deine Seele rein)

    Wurstwasser, Wurstwasser

Unsre Ehe, unser Stolz (unsre Ehe, unser Stolz)

    Wurstwasser, Wurstwasser (Wurstwasser, Wurstwasser)

    Jaaa!

    Jaaa...denn wir sind Wurstwasser
    Nichts anderes als Wurstwasser
    Macht mit bei Wurstwasser
    Nichts anderem als Wurstwasser

    Denn wir sind Wurstwasser
    Es gibt noch leckeres Wurstwasser
    Macht mit bei Wurstwasser
    Getränktes, klares Wurstwasser
    Denn wir sind Wurstwasser
    Ein Königreich für Wurstwasser
    Mach mit bei Wurstwasser
    Ich lebe nur für Wurstwasser
    Wurstwasser (Du schmeckst so gut)
    Wurstwasser (Du schmeckst so gut)
    Wurstwasser (Du schmeckst so gut)
    Wurstwasser (Du schmeckst so gut)

But seriously - there are many requests of German Schlager. You Bulgarians are thinking Chalga is bad music with terrible lyrics. You really don't know German Schlager. If you knew them you would not ask me for the reasons of my love to old chalga songs

Oh please don't misunderstand me. I like Mundstuhl, because they show more than clear, what kind of nonsense Rammstein is merchandising all over the world. Please never think about their lyrics. But they are so clever to deactivate your brain while you are listening to their music

Just like some chalga singers do with me, but in a much more charming way

Deactivate the brain - isn't that why we listen to music in the first place?
Deactivate the brain - activate the heart.

Hehe - okay, okay. It seems to be a virus - so there will help no antibiotic :P

But let me give one single further remark. Rammstein is not for the brain, nor for the heart. It's for afterbrain only. But sometimes that is not bad, I admit

I don't know some of their songs are quite sad and slow (e.g. Nebel).
So we could argue that they occasionally affect the heart as well.
    But it's not important...

Oh no - everything is important, if it touches you. I didn't know this song (Nebel), but I'm listening in this moment and hear the lyrics.

My first impression is: Es ist archaiktümelnd. It tries to fake archaic feelings, but is not sung in a true or authentic manner. For me they made it just for business. Not convincing at all.

But my second thought is: If you would translate these powerful simple speach into Bulgarian and make a chalga from it. And when I would hear it then and translate it into English or German. I probably would call it moving.

Mozart, you're so cynical. Why do you say it's not sung in an authentic way?
Plus I wouldn't call it a typical Rammstein song or a commercial one for that matter. So how can it be purely business? It wasn't even a single.

Remember Guildo Horn (ESC 1998). In Germany we have a very strange relationship to some genres like "Schlager" for example (not really a counterpart to Chanson). I think it's difficult to understand even for many foreigners, living in Germany. Rammstein is fascinating, no question. But they don't express their own feelings, they play - cynically - with ours. This is my opinion at least. But maybe I'm just totally wrong of course

    So you admit you're biased?
Never! I'm completely neutral! How can you think, I like a song more, just because it is sung in Bulgarian!?!?! And why?!?
