bald, fire dance, loin cloth 80's video

Hi all and anyone. The last few days I have had a sliver of a song stuck in my head. All I can remember from my youth is the 80's video of this bald guy, dancing squat wise around a fire at night on a beach singing the chorus " all line up..., all line up". I thought it was Australian but many searches have come to nothing.

Heheh..."bald guy" and "Australian" instantly evokes the thought of MIDNIGHT OIL inside my mind
(though it might be a little too hasty, admittedly)

No, sorry, had several of their LP's so the guy is definitely not Peter Garrett from Midnight Oil. It wasn't rock or new romantics, just some one hit wonder with a vaguely tribal sound I recall
