I haven't found this song translated, so I wanted to check if my understanding of it is correct. Any corrections would be appreciated very much.

Berna, thank you very much. It seems like the first verse then is from the singer's perspective but the second verse is more from the other person's perspective...i.e. it's not his mind but her mind and her crying eyes that smile and she that says "i miss" not the singer.

hmmm is that in my life i have never listened to Kurban. You're right, he means that even when she is crying, her tears are fake, actually her eyes are smiling behind me, and no matter if she says me that she misses me, it's a lie because when she'stelling me this she is thinking about somebody else.
