greek and latin is not found in persian because these langages were not imprtant for many centuries . and about medicine , Iran for ancient era and middle age was the center of medicine. there was a university of medicine (Academy of Gundishapur) According to The Cambridge History of Iran, it was the most important medical center of the ancient world (defined as Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Near East) during the 6th and 7th centuries
