please help to identify this song

im not sure what this song is called or who sings it. but it is a slow persian song with either 1 or 2 males singing. here are some of the lyrics that i caught. theyre just bits and pieces that i heard.

Are you sure that's persian ? I couldnt find out even 1 word in it , even in Afghanistan and tajikistan persian speakers dont speak so , It looks like pashtu or other languages have relation with persian
