70/80's Rnb/soul/disco song - "shake it up and groove"

Ok so this is big hit song of that era and very much played in radio

the lyrics "shake it up and groove" isn't 100% sure but something like that, comes often in the song.

rhythm in that phrase is like ti titti tii tii . Think it's female singer and a group but ..

Not RnB but The Four Slicks had a song (in 1958?) called "Shake It Up and Move" with similar lyrics. I did not find a female cover.
