Please, help me find a song

I'm searching for a greek song I heard, but I haven't been able to find it in the web.
The singer is a woman, and the refren contains "Ti na pw, ti na pw ..., ti na pw, ti na pw...".
I think it's an old song, it is slow, melodic and very sweet.
Is there someone that can help me?
