    this song is orginally from a greek song, but fatih urek stole it and after seda sayan and ibrahim tatlises sing it too

    but in orginal of the turkish version is from Fatih Ürek

    Hi X96, if you just copy it and sing it for your own or on private parties etc I guess noone will blame you. But if this is a serious question and you want to copy it, sing it in arabic and pbulish it on a CD... then I guess you have to follwo some legal rules. I am not supre about them. I just know that they sare very very strict in Germany and USA; but in many other countries the songs are copied in any way, obviously without any problems.
