3 sounds like Saragossa Band - Malaika
7 is Eric Minns - Island Boy, I believe
8 sounds very familiar, the others will know for sure!

Can No 4 be something from Demis Roussos? (just a wild guess, as it reminds me of Roussos's voice...)

No 9 I hear "Boogie Woogie" in the lyrics, but this one is unfamiliar genre for me; maybe someone else knows boogie woogie songs?

EditforNo4: So I asked from our Greek Moderator Maria about my Demis Roussos - guess, and she said, that it is Demis Roussos indeed, but as it is hard to hear lyrics, then she could only suggest by melody, that maybe it is "Song of Goodbyes", and you can view it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukNZ7...eature=related

Not that it'll be much help (seeing the vast amount of records he made over the years , but I believe track 8 might be by James Last.

Track 6 is of course Lady Marmalade , the only instrumental I could find was by Brass machine.

I retried to listen to the rqeusted songs, and now my computer was working properly.

I cannot help with the instrumental songs, but I guess musicismyfirstlove suggesion with James Last could be right.

And no4 is defintelly Demis Roussos, like Lollipo already suggested. But I don´t know the song - to tell the truth it sounded it a bit like a christmas song. :-)

@musicman: if you say that you're happy with the results and you see this as solved you can edit your first post and add "Solved:" to the thread's name
