My dad and I played laser tag with our office co-workers last night, and the place where we played had lots of funky techno music playing in the background. I loved almost all of it and would like to find several of the songs, but I can only really remember one or maybe two.
The first one started off with some sort of Celtic pipe or flute playing a spirited, happy song. Then it changed to a violin (or some sort of stringed instrument) playing a melody that sounded strongly Asian or Middle-Eastern, with pulsing techno beats in the background.
The second one was a flute or something playing a melody over and over that sounded like the first few bars of "The Ants Go Marching" or "Johnny Comes Marching Home."
(These could both be the same song; I don't really remember what played when. I just remember both of these.)
Nope, that's not it. (But that is a COOL song! I like it!)
The song that I am looking for was a little slower, and it wasn't really Ants Go Marching. Part of the melody just sounded like the first few bars of it.
Maybe you could call the the laser tag location and ask them about the tracks they play? Usually commercial businesses have music on a loop. Just a thought...
